We are a friendly, professional recruitment team holding over 65 years of combined recruitment experience. We are looking to become the most reputable local agency for providing the best staffing solutions across East Anglia.
Busy Bee Recruitment provides affordable, bespoke recruitment services to businesses across East Anglia including; Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk. We take every opportunity seriously and are passionate about finding just the right match for every client and candidate.

Kayleigh Bysouth CertRP MREC
Kayleigh founded Busy Bee Recruitment Ltd in 2017 although her recruitment career started much earlier. Back in 2012, Kayleigh joined the industry as a Trainee Consultant and quickly gained her Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP). Now, holding over 10 years’ experience recruiting across Engineering, Commercial and Technical positions Kayleigh is now a corporate member of the Institute in Recruitment Practice (MIRP) and takes more of a supportive role within the business helping to train and guide her team through their own successes. One of Kayleigh’s more notable achievements recently has been the accolade of winning Business Person of the Year at the Ely Business Awards 2019.

Rachel Housden CertRP MIRP
Principal Recruitment Consultant
Rachel joined our company 6 years ago and has worked in a range of different roles within the business through her many promotions... Most recently returning to us from maternity leave to her role of Principal Consultant. Rachel is a qualified recruiter holding her Certificate in Recruitment Practice and will be supporting both candidates and clients within the commercial sector covering Customer Service, Legal, HR and Recruitment. We welcome Rachel back to work after her maternity leave, part time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Fausta Linkeviciute
Fausta joined The Hive in 2019 and has progressed from Recruitment Consultant to Senior and now Principal Consultant. Fausta played a key part in the growth of our temporary division and now the Commercial Division covering office support vacancies including Finance, Marketing, HR and Administrative vacancies on a permanent basis. Fausta thrives under pressure and enjoys being the saviour to many of our clients and candidates in their time of need, well decorated with testimonials Fausta holds our most loyal candidate and client base in the business.

Laura Nixon
Laura heads up our Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical division as Principal Consultant with wide ranging recruitment experience spanning 5+ years. Having worked across a variety of sectors previously Laura enjoys working on “hard to fill” vacancies and sees a challenge in every new vacant position. Someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service with a fun, but professional, attitude you will always be welcomed with a smile and cheerful manner when working with Laura to fill a vacancy or find yourself a new job.
Jake Fenn
Jake joined the organisation in 2021 to expand our Temporary division and through his passion for people and determination, Jake has exceeded each and every target and worked his way up to Senior Consultant. A true professional Jake is both a great person that brings life and happiness to our internal team but also one who is recognised often for his work with our clients who often call in their hour of need! Able to work at pace Jake is the consultant you need when you find yourself in a spot of bother needing labour at short notice.

Ryan Carter
Ryan joins our thriving industrial division to work across both permanent and temporary vacancies. Ryan is in his third year of the recruitment industry and brings with him a background of supplying high volume labour to the construction and trade industries across Cambridgeshire. Ryan prides himself on his customer service and is known for his humour and love of football. Ryan is looking forward to working with both new and existing clients as our division expands, should you be looking to grow your industrial or manufacturing teams Ryan looks forward to working with you.
Oliver Habergham
Oliver is a highly skilled industrial engineering recruiter with experience spanning 5 years, covering vacancies from forklift drivers to warehouse managers. Confident in helping you out of a tight spot, Olly prides himself on his attention to detail and the speed at which he works. Oliver joined our team in 2021 and quickly expanded our temporary division bringing new clients and new industries to the business. Having expanded his knowledge across technical vacancies, he now supports our Engineering division with permanent placements across Cambridgeshire.

Hannah Arnold CertRR
Hannah joined our team in 2021 straight from college, Hannah quickly passed her qualification – Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing and moved into a role of Candidate Manager looking after temporary workers within our industrial sector. Hannah recently secured her promotion to the role of Associate Consultant after successfully managing her own clients within the commercial temporary division. Now finding office workers their dream jobs Hannah is a delight to be around, kind and positive in everyway!

Cain joins our team as Associate Recruitment Consultant with a strong passion for people, sales and entrepreneurship and keen to build a career within the industry! Cain holds his Business Accountancy and Finance Level 3 proving his methodical mindset and attention to detail whilst also having a background running his own online sales business prior to joining The Hive. Looking to build relationships and connect the very best match of candidate and client, Cain will echo our values of customer service first and be another key cog in our ever-growing team!
Kacper Jozefowicz
Kacper is a recent Graduate who joins our team as Associate Recruitment Consultant keen to grow his career in Recruitment as a hungry and ambitious individual! Kacper currently holds his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management whilst also continuing his professional development studying part-time for his Masters degree. With a real passion for learning, building relationships and ultimately succeeding, we are confident Kacper will make an excellent addition to our team as he sources the very best candidates for our client base!

Eva Westley
Eva joins the organisation with a breadth of marketing experience spanning 7 years. Starting her career through an apprenticeship, Eva secured the DevelopHER award for Apprentice of the year and since has gone from strength to strength, recently working as a Senior Account Manager for a Digital Marketing Agency. Eva will bring a creative energy to our business, developing our brand and service offering through a strategic marketing plan. We welcome Eva as our charity champion and someone who you will get to meet at all of our local events!
Sian Peacock
Sian is an important asset to our Operations team providing valuable support to the wider business, acting as the backbone of our organisation. Sian strives always to provide a high level of service excellence to our candidates and clients while supporting our internal business across multiple functions including finance, HR, compliance and auditing, we wouldn’t be able to live without her! A committed, friendly, and professional addition to the team.

Jennie joins our operations team as Accounts Assistant! Jennie is an innovative, organised yet adaptable administrator, with good interpersonal skills and a positive, flexible, can-do approach! Jennie has previously been recognised for implementing processes which increase productivity, and she has a passion for working with numbers, problem solving and analytical abilities. Jennie joins us part-time on a Monday and Tuesday to process our temporary worker payroll alongside general accounting duties.
