Our client, based in the heart of Cambridge, is seeking a confident and proactive Customer Support Executive (French Speaking) to join their growing team. Job Duties:

• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer enquiries, mainly via email, and occasionally over the phone

• Process and update customer bookings, ensuring all requests are accurately managed

• Take ownership of customer issues, offering solutions to ensure a positive outcome

• Translate product and content descriptions into French as needed

What we are looking for:

• Fluent French speaker (spoken and written) is ESSENTIAL

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Previous experience in customer service or administration roles

• Confident using email, phone, and online systems to manage customer enquiries

• Reliable, professional, and organised approach to work
