Our client, located just on the outskirts of Cambridge, is actively seeking a driven individual to join their reception team on a temporary basis, the perfect candidate will be driven and confident – ready to face the variety of tasks and challenges this role provides!

• Answering inbound calls on reception desk, keeping phone and mail list up to date
• Deal with customer enquiries and complaints
• Providing general administrative assistance to the procurement department
• Welcoming visitors and informing relevant company personnel
• Manage reception area, dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• Ensuring meeting rooms are kept presentable
• Booking meetings and appointments when required
• Excellent customer service is essential for this position
• Strong attention to detail is essential
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Smartly presented
• Excellent IT skills including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
