• Install commercial plumbing fixtures including toilets, sinks, showers and urinals.

• Install and commission flue systems in line with current regulations.

• Commission newly installed heating and plumbing systems.

• Service commercial gas appliances including combustion analysis and gas tightness testing.

• Maintain heating systems including radiators, expansion vessels and thermostatic valves.

• Service mechanical ventilation systems and Building Management System controls.

• Inspect, clean and maintain pumps, filters, strainers and associated mechanical equipment.

• Diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas and plumbing systems.

• Respond to emergency callouts involving heating failures, gas leaks or water system faults.

• Accurately complete job sheets and reports using a company-issued iPad.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current industry regulations and company procedures.

• Participate in the on-call rota providing emergency out-of-hours support.

What We're Looking For:

• Commercial Gas qualifications.

• Previous experience carrying out commercial gas servicing, maintenance and installations.

• Strong plumbing and mechanical installation experience.

• Experience working on commercial heating and hot water systems.
