Duties to Include:

• Set, operate and programme CNC milling machines (Mazak) using Mazatrol controls

• Interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical specifications

• Select, set up and adjust tooling and work holding fixtures

• Carry out first-off inspections and ensure components meet tight tolerances

• Monitor machine performance and make offsets or programme edits as required

• Maintain high standards of quality and production efficiency

Skills/Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller, with hands-on Mazak machine operation

• Confident programming and editing using Mazatrol controls

• Strong understanding of machining principles, feeds, speeds and tooling selection

• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings

• Comfortable working to tight tolerances and quality standards

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• A positive approach with good communication and teamwork skills
