Job Duties:

• Carrying out routine electrical and general maintenance.

• Electrical installation, inspection, testing and certification

• Fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs

• Completing EICRs and ensuring remedial actions are addressed

• PAT testing and minor works certification

• Maintaining accurate maintenance and compliance records

• Supervising and mentoring a third-year Electrical Apprentice

• Supporting the wider maintenance team when required

• Participating in a call-out rota following probation

• Ensuring all work complies with current Health & Safety legislation and IEE regulations

What we are looking for:

• Qualified to 18th Edition standards for maintenance

• Proven experience in maintenance or building services

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety at Work Act

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full UK driving licence

• Basic IT skills (email, job ticket systems, recording works)
