If you are looking for your next challenge as a global maintenance engineer, this role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge engineering equipment at customer sites across the UK and worldwide. No two days are the same, with responsibilities ranging from installations, commissioning to servicing, fault finding and preventative maintenance.
Due to the international nature of the role, you'll need to be flexible and willing to travel, with trips occasionally lasting up to three weeks. • Travel throughout the UK and internationally to support customer sites.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to maximise machine performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults.
• Install, commission and test new machinery.
• Perform equipment calibration to manufacturer specifications.
• Carry out machine servicing, repairs and upgrades.
• Refurbish and modify existing equipment.
• Provide professional technical support and training to customers where required.
• Complete service reports, maintenance records, timesheets and expense documentation accurately.
• Build strong working relationships with customers while representing the business professionally.
• A qualification in Engineering (Degree, HNC, HND or BTEC).
• A passion for engineering and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong written English and report writing ability.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively throughout the UK and overseas, including occasional trips of up to three weeks.
• Ability to obtain security clearance where required for international travel.
• Eligibility to travel internationally without visa or passport restrictions.
