• Collaborate with the team to consistently uphold high welfare standards during poultry catching.
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols, proactively sharing improvement suggestions with the site manager.
• Maintain and enhance poultry welfare while ensuring full compliance with biosecurity guidelines.
• Work closely with the line manager and site staff to complete all tasks efficiently and safely.
• Foster a positive and professional working environment, supporting the business through challenges.
• Sustain and improve poultry welfare, including performing culling when necessary.
• Follow all farm biosecurity procedures specific to each site.
• Perform driving duties as directed by the Line Leader.
• Undertake any additional poultry farming tasks as reasonably assigned by the company.
• Possess a calm and friendly temperament.
• Be physically fit and capable of handling demanding tasks.
• Hold a valid full driving license.

You’ll use specialist drying equipment and monitoring tools to assess and control moisture levels and make sure buildings and materials are dried out effectively with minimal disruption.

• Transport, set up, and install climate control equipment like dehumidifiers and heaters at sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with industrial equipment
• Travel to various locations (cricket grounds, stadiums, warehouses, etc) to carry out electrical work
• Use basic mechanical or electrical skills to fix or adjust equipment
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements
• Previous experience in an electrical based role is required
• 17th or 18th Edition in Electrical Installations is Essential
• Previous experience and knowledge of equipment maintenance is beneficial
• Practical experience in water damage drying, climate control, HVAC, building services or similar technical fields
• A Full Driving License is required (Must be manual)
