Working as a key member of the production leadership team, this is a multi-line management role responsible for overseeing PM Shift operations across several production lines. Supporting the Senior Production Manager, you will ensure smooth, cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety. This position carries significant responsibility and requires strong leadership capability within a fast-paced food production environment.

Job Duties:

• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve volume, quality and cost targets across multiple lines

• Monitor KPIs, labour costs and waste levels, implementing improvements where required

• Ensure hygiene, health & safety and production control procedures meet company, customer and FSA standards

• Oversee machinery set-up and operational performance to maximise productivity

• Support training, development and multi-skilling within the department
