Kayleigh Bysouth CertRP MIRP

Founder and Director

Kayleigh founded Busy Bee Recruitment Ltd in 2017 although her recruitment career started much earlier. Back in 2012, Kayleigh joined the industry as a Trainee Consultant and quickly gained her Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP). Now, holding over 8 years’ experience recruiting across Engineering, Commercial and Technical positions Kayleigh is now a corporate member of the Institute in Recruitment Practice (MIRP) and takes more of a supportive role within the business helping to train and guide her team through their own successes. One of Kayleigh’s more notable achievements recently has been the accolade of winning Business Person of the Year at the Ely Business Awards 2019.

Louise Smalley

Recruitment Manager
(Construction, Trades and Labour)

Louise joins us with significant experience as a Recruitment Manager within the construction industry spanning over 7 years. With a background in recruiting for a variety of different positions across various trades in Ely, Cambridge and Suffolk, Louise will be supplying sub-contractors and PAYE workers into her sector. Having worked with some of the biggest names in the industry we are proud to be able to open our new division under the management and guidance of Louise. Prior to Recruitment Louise came from a strong sales background with vast experience in customer service, training and development. Able to deal with high volume recruitment, whilst delivering a professional consultative service with clients and candidates.

Mark Bridge AIRP

Senior Recruitment Consultant
(Technical Division)

Mark was our very first employee! Mark’s hands-on experience within his early career really does give him the edge against his competitors.  Holding over 16 years’ experience working in a Technical environment, as an Engineer, he is our most consistent performer and has over 100 active repeat clients within Engineering and Industrial sectors. Mark is currently undertaking our in-house Management training at the REC training school in London, with a view to moving to becoming our Business Manager at the Ely office in the future.

Rachel Housden AIRP

Senior Recruitment Consultant
(Commercial Division)

Rachel joined the business with previous experience in recruiting staff across commercial vacancies in a range of different sectors. Now holding over 3 years’ experience Rachel is the Senior Consultant overseeing our Commercial Division recruiting; Administration, Finance and Office based professionals. At present Rachel is undertaking her Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP) and will be also undertaking her CIPD qualification in the future with a view to becoming our Trainer for all new starters joining The Hive.

Zach Faulkner AIRP

Recruitment Consultant
(Commercial Division)

Zach joined the company after taking time out to recover from cancer treatment. A true survivor Zach brings to the team a wealth of experience across recruitment in the Sales and Marketing sectors. Having worked with a broad range of companies across various industries Zach is a welcome addition to our Commercial Division recruiting specifically for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service professionals. Zach is also undertaking his Management training at the REC training school in London, with a view to moving to becoming our Business Manager at the Cambridge office in the future.

Fausta Linkeviciute

Recruitment Consultant
(Temporary Division)


Fausta joined The Hive to manage our thriving temporary recruitment division. Fausta has grown our temporary division significantly utilising her experience from managing up 300 temps at any one time, working with Enterprise organisations such as Amazon, DHL and Hermes. Fausta recruits for any interim and short-term positions across all sectors including; Sales, Marketing, Admin, Customer Service, Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing and Finance. Fausta thrives under pressure and enjoys being the saviour to many of our clients and candidates in their time of need!

Bethany Chivers

Business Administrator

Bethany is the very first apprentice to the Busy Bee team, currently studying her Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration at Cambridge Regional College. Bethany is now providing daily support to our consultants and managing our weekly payroll process. A confident communicator Bethany is also responsible for meeting and greeting all our candidates to the business. Bethany aspires in the future of studying her AAT Qualification and progressing into managing the Administration and Accounts for the business.

Courtney Fidler

Client Relationship Manager

Courtney is our newest recruit to the team and joins us in a newly created role! The purpose of Courtney’s position will be to provide support to both our existing client base and to introduce new prospects to the company. Having worked her way up through the ranks in the recruitment industry from Administrator to Consultant and now her new position Courtney understands the importance of nurturing good relationships. Marketing Executive

Emily joined the company in our early days and has been the backbone to our business since day one. Having worked in the industry for 5 years previously, there is nothing Emily doesn’t know about recruitment! A passionate and creative employee, Emily has taken recent promotion in her position to Marketing Executive and started her Qualification – Foundation Certificate in Marketing Level 3. Emily is the voice of Busy Bee Recruitment and is a whizz on social media and enjoys engaging daily with our clients and candidates!
