We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based in St Ives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and commercially driven environment where you will act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting sales activity and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Job Duties:

• Managing incoming customer enquiries and preparing accurate, competitive quotations

• Processing sales orders efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and complete

• Working closely with internal teams including production, transport, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment

• Sourcing pricing from suppliers and coordinating purchases to meet customer requirements

• Monitoring order progress and providing updates to customers where required

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation complies with company procedures

• Supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a sales support, internal sales, or customer service role

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively

• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities

• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with Sage or similar systems is beneficial)
