We are currently recruiting for a Cleanroom Operative to join a busy manufacturing team on a temporary 6-week basis. This hands-on role plays an important part in supporting production by ensuring high-quality laboratory consumables are produced in line with strict procedures and quality standards. You will be responsible for carrying out production tasks, maintaining accurate records, and performing quality checks while working within a controlled cleanroom environment.

Duties will include:

• Work safely within a cleanroom environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping.

• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete production tasks.

• Carry out quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed and results obtained.

• Support production processes to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.

• Assist with continuous improvement activities and contribute to problem-solving within the team.

• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures, reporting any incidents or concerns when necessary.

Key skills and attributes required:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.

• Strong work ethic with a reliable and proactive approach.

• Comfortable working to quality standards and documented procedures.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Flexible approach to work and willingness to support other areas when required.

• Willingness to be trained in the safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.
