We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives to join our client, Mizkan, at their busy manufacturing site. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, supporting the manufacturing and packaging of food products while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained.

Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the factory, including operating machinery, packing finished products, carrying out basic quality checks, and keeping work areas clean and organised. The environment is busy and team-focused, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in doing the job well. This role would suit someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-moving factory environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Job Duties:

• Working on a production line assisting with the manufacturing and packaging of food products

• Operating basic production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

• Packing finished products and preparing them for dispatch

• Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

• Ensuring all food hygiene, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times

• Keeping workstations and production areas clean and organised

• Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and stock where required

• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

• Reporting any faults, issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
