What does the rebrand mean to us?
I have been with Busy Bee Recruitment for nearly 4 years and the rebrand to me means that we as a company are progressing in a positive way. It is so lovely to see these positive changes that we are making and improving on the overall the corporate image of Busy Bee Recruitment. I think the rebrand will allow us as a company to achieve new goals and also celebrate how far the business has come and will continue to grow further.
What does the rebrand mean to us?
The refresh to our brand is an exciting opportunity for us to explore and exhibit how we have grown as a company since our opening in 2017. The evolution of the brand has moved to a more masculine, corporate feel than previously held. We want to show through the choices we have made that we can connect businesses and professionals together who share the same values as us. With our desire to build deep rooted long term partnerships the creative style within the brand shows a depth of professionalism that we have not previously seen or felt associated with the brand.

We took home the gold at the SME Ely Business Awards 2021
The stage was set at the Maltings in Ely and two members of the Busy Bee team attended the evening – Rachel Housden and Rachel Labuschagne. We believe we are deserving of the awards “Business of The Year under 50 employees" and "Service Excellence" due to the showing of our resilience during the most testing of times, for our persistence to grow and succeed despite the biggest challenges we have ever faced as an organisation, and ensuring we provide a high level of service excellence at all times.
Social media makes the world go round
Love it or hate it, either way social media is one of the biggest tools for success, communication and entertainment. It is the creator of opportunities, the freedom to express creativity and thoughts, it supports charities and helps keep you up to date with local news. We now live in a world that is fully reliant on the internet and social media and many of us are guilty for the daily endless scrolling.
