Production Operative

Duties 

• Operating machinery and equipment to produce goods according to quality and safety standards.
• Performing quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Handling materials and products safely and following proper handling procedures.
• Assisting with machine setup, maintenance, and cleaning as required.
• Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
