What do you do at Busy Bee Recruitment and what is your career progression to date?
I started Busy Bee as a Associate Recruitment Consultant and am now a Recruitment Consultant in the Manufacturing and Industrial division for permanent recruitment
What you’re your average day look like?
Speaking to candidates to find them new opportunities as well as arranging interviews and start dates when offered a new role. Communicating with clients with updates on my work for them, arranging interviews, start dates and assisting with new requirements they require my help with.
What’s your go-to productivity trick?
I track my progress on a daily basis and if I have fallen behind, I motivate myself by remembering why I became a consultant.
What’s the best quote or advice you have heard that relates to your work?
Persistence pays off and nothing great came to be with staying in your comfort zone.
