Under the expansion plans for Busy Bee Recruitment alongside the opening of our new Cambridge Office we are pleased to welcome Courtney Fidler to the hive as Client Relationship Manager! Courtney has a wealth of experience in recruitment having worked her way up from Administrator to her new position with experience spanning 2.5 years.

As we grow we recognise how important it is that our clients feel they are being looked after and that our team of consultants are meeting their Service Level Agreements. For us recruitment is all about quality, we need quality vacancies for our candidates, we need quality candidates for our vacancies and in order to ensure that this happens we need to provide an all round quality service.

Part of Courtney’s role will be to work closely with our Director Kayleigh Bysouth in the growth of our marketplace and developing new relationships, therefore Courtney will become the face of the business attending our networking events and exhibitions alongside speaking to potential prospects.

Courtney will foster the relationships with our existing clients ensuring that we stay at the forefront of the marketplace and delivering the best service we can, thus allowing our consultants to do what they love best – nurturing relationships with the best candidates in the market and ensuring our clients get to see their profiles first.

You will see Courtney out and about at local networking meetings as she becomes the face of Busy Bee Recruitment. If you see her don’t forget to take a business card and say hello!
