Job Duties:

• Monitoring daily production output using KPI targets to ensure efficiency, quality and deadlines are met

• Planning and coordinating production capacity to balance workload and minimise bottlenecks

• Attending daily production meetings to provide updates on output, priorities and operational issues

• Managing fabric and material inventory to ensure accurate stock control and minimal wastage

• Coordinating machine maintenance and reporting equipment faults when required

• Supporting the safe and efficient operation of textile and cutting machinery

• Ensuring all finished products meet required production and quality standards

• Carrying out inspections and maintaining compliance with production specifications

• Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure orders are prepared and dispatched on schedule

• Leading and managing the production team, providing coaching, support and performance management

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the production department

• Maintaining strong communication across production, operations and logistics teams

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a Team Leader or management position.

• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage production schedules

• Ability to monitor and interpret production KPIs and operational data

• Experience supporting machinery maintenance and quality control processes

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment
