We are working with a growing and highly supportive business looking for a confident Inside Sales Consultant to join their energetic sales team. This is a role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, KPI driven environment where effort is recognised and performance is rewarded every month.

Job Duties:

• Managing your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to close

• Handling inbound enquiries and making proactive outbound sales calls

• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Identifying new opportunities and generating qualified leads

• Working towards daily call activity and monthly sales targets

• Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to data

What we are looking for:

• Previous phone based or internal sales experience

• Confident, resilient and comfortable working towards KPIs

• A positive, motivated and commercially driven mindset

• Someone who enjoys working in a lively, team focused environment
