Our client is a well-established, family-run farming business operating a modern and forward-thinking agricultural operation. They grow a range of arable and root crops for retail customers and are now looking to recruit a Production Line Leader with strong experience within the FMCG industry. Direct Line Leader experience is not required if you hold strong experience and knowledge of fresh produce operations.  

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong interest in running a production line and for someone who enjoys practical work and managing a team. You will be working with modern machinery and technology in a professional farming environment.

Duties will include:

• Leading and supporting a team of production operatives on a single production line  

• Supporting and monitoring daily targets and KPIs

• Ensure products are packed to the correct customer specifications  

• Communicate with management regarding any issues or delays

Key skills and attributes required:

• Previous experience working on a production line within FMCG industry

• Experience leading a team  

• Good understanding of general production practices

• Knowledge of production machinery
