Our client is a well-established, family-run farming business operating a modern and forward-thinking agricultural operation. They grow a range of arable and root crops for retail customers and are now looking to recruit a skilled and experienced Production Team Leader with a background in running FMCG teams.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong interest in running a production line and for someone who enjoys practical work and managing a team. You will be working with modern machinery and technology in a professional farming environment.

Who are we?

We are a recruitment agency providing both temporary and permanent staffing solutions across a wide range of sectors including Agriculture, Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, Office Support and Professional Services.

Duties will include:

• Leading and supporting the production team across multiple production lines

• Supporting and monitoring daily targets and KPIs of the general production

• Operating and overlooking production machinery such as hoppers, graders and the wash line

• Monitoring production performance, production planning, waste and transport management

Collaborating with other Line leaders to make sure production is on track

Key skills and attributes required:

• Previous experience leading and supervising teams within the FMCG industry

• Confident overseeing and using production machinery

• Good understanding of general production practices

• Excellent communication skills
