Office Administrator

Location: Ely
Sector: Admin & Customer Service, Temporary & Interim
Job type: Part Time, Temporary
Hours: 25 hours per week (5 hours per day Monday – Friday)
Reward: £10.00 an hour + holiday pay
Start: ASAP

This is a senior administrative position supporting two directors, you will take on a wide range of general administration duties in this role and will need to be professional but confident with a can-do attitude. This position great for is for someone who is looking for a part time work in a flexible, exciting and fast paced environment. Strong Administration skills and experience is a must for this role. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering a busy telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • Arranging client meetings
  • Adding client data onto inhouse database
  • Diary managements
  • Arranging and booking training courses
  • Sending out invoices
  • Working with the Accounts Department
  • Attending meetings
  • Ordering stationary
  • Any other general admin duties

Required personal skill required: 

  • Office Administration experience
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
  • Outlook experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Organised and proactive approach to work
