We need a highly skilled CNC Turner to programme, set and run CNC machines with Fanuc based control systems. To be suitable for this vacancy you will have gained a recent apprenticeship or hold a high level of experience in machining. We are able to be flexible on salary for the right applicants.

What we are looking for:

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce high-quality components
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations and requirements
• Set and prove cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments for each job
• Responsible for overseeing the first off inspections
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining process
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC turning machines to ensure optimal performance
