Our ever-growing client are looking for skilled CNC Machinists to Programme, Set and Operate. Ideally you would have experience with wood and operating 3 & 5 axis machines along with understanding drawings and having that keen eye for detail in the work you produce.

Job Duties:

• Operative, setting and Programming Morbidelli and Alfa CNC machines

• To work to specifications in paperwork and processes

• Carry out quality checks on all work produced

• Help prepare items for machining as and when required

• Oversee items in production ensuring a smooth workflow

• Following companies health and safety procedures

NOTE: Initially working on the outskirts of Ely in a village called Pymoor you will need to drive for this position, however within the first 3 months you will relocate to Ely, Lancaster Way which is more accessible by public transport.

‍

What we are looking for:

‍

• Previous CNC machining experience essential

• Previous CNC machining with wood desirable

• Strong attention to detail

• To be confident in offering improvement ideas

• Happy to work to KPIs

• Valid Counterbalance license desirable

• Strong working attitude
