Job Duties:

‍

• Carry out high-quality MIG welding to engineering and production standards

• Prepare fabricated products and components ready for galvanising

• Cut, shape, and fabricate steel materials accurately to specification

• Read and work from technical and engineering drawings

• Assemble fabricated products and complete final fitting work

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards

• Support general workshop operations and assist across different departments when required

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment

What we are looking for:

‍

• City and Guilds Level 2 qualification in Metal Inert Gas Welding or an equivalent qualification – Desirable

• Previous experience working in a Manufacturing Environment  

• Willingness to learn and take on board training when required

• Experience fabricating steelwork

• Strong verbal and written communications

• A good understanding of health and safety

• Good health due to heavy lifting
