Our client, a high end accommodation provider,  based in Cambridge is seeking your support! You will be assisting student on their arrival during the busy weekends and providing a variety of support to the students and visitors.

Duties:

‍

• Welcoming new students and their families, providing a friendly front-of-house service

• Escorting students to their rooms and assisting with the check-in process

• Answering general enquiries and providing information and guidance

• Assisting with luggage to ensure a smooth arrival experience

• Delivering excellent customer service and supporting the accommodation team as required

Skills and experience Required:

‍

• Previous experience within a highly customer focused role

• Outstanding customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication

• A confident, polite, and professional persona
