We are currently recruiting for a Pallet Truck Operator to join one of our valued clients based in Peterborough. This role would suit someone with a strong background in Warehouse operations who ideally has experience operating a pallet truck and is confident working alone and as a team member. Please note this is working in a cold store so you MUST be willing to work in cold environments.

Job Duties:

‍

• Operating a powered pallet truck to transport pallets throughout the warehouse and cold storage areas.

• Loading and unloading goods from trailers, loading bays, and storage locations.

• Moving stock to designated picking, staging, or dispatch areas.

• Picking and assembling customer orders using picking lists or handheld scanners.

• Stacking, wrapping, and securing pallets for storage or shipment.

• Checking goods for damage, correct quantities, and accurate labelling.

What we are looking for:

‍

• Experience in a warehouse environment desirable.

• PPT operating experience is desired.

• A willingness to learn and progress.

• Willing to work in a cold environment.
