Telesales Executive

Do you have a confident telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with clients? I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Telemarketing Services company in Cambridge who are looking for self-motivated and dedicated candidates. The company offers a great benefits package as well as promotion opportunities. The ideal candidate would be target driven and would have the ability to work to targets set.
Duties will include:
• Carrying out research to find leads
• Working on several different campaigns
• Making outbound B2B calls
• Building rapport with decision makers
• Making follow up calls
• Building pipeline of prospective clients
• Ensuring that all questions are asked
• Finding out information relevant to clients
• Following strict work schedules
• Attending weekly team meetings
Skills and Experience Required:
• Previous sales experience either within Business Development, Lead Generation or Telesales
• Confident telephone manner
• Ability to work to targets
• Desire to succeed
• Self-motivated
