You will become a trusted point of contact, providing technical advice, preparing quotations and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from enquiry through to completion.

Job Duties:

‍

• Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, account management and technical support

• Managing customer enquiries from initial enquiry through to order completion

• Preparing accurate quotations by interpreting specifications, schedules and architectural drawings

• Building long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to increase sales

• Coordinating closely with estimating, operations and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

• Monitoring live projects, communicating updates and resolving any issues

• Maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking quotations and following up on opportunities

What we are looking for:

‍

• Previous experience within technical sales and account management

• Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings

• Experience preparing quotations and managing projects through to completion

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Organised with excellent attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
