Project Manager - SCRUM Master
We are exclusively partnering with an emerging technology developer based in Ely on their latest recruitment drive which will see the company double in size. A startup, in R&D stage, financially backed by a wider global organisation, that innovates and creates exceptional products, technologies and services that will improve the lives of people while collaborating with some of the UK’s leading research-intensive universities. Within walking distance of Ely train station this role is accessible from both London and Cambridge within 1 hour. The successful candidate will be at the centre of a high-performance R&D Team that operates under the core SCRUM principles.

Duties:
- Clearly identify and layout project requirements, delivery timelines, costs and compliances
- Develop detailed project plans as a guide for staff members and project teams
- Actively revise and enhance projects based on changing needs and requirements
- Identify & assign project tasks based on skill sets, experiences & strengths of team members
- Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Compiling and submitting project status reports
- Support management in the technical, commercial evaluation & appraisal of the business
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organisation
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
What we are looking for from you:
- Ability to create a central source of truth for your work and your team’s work
- Ability or skill to solve problems collaboratively by approaching it through new perspectives
- Ability to approach problems logically (critical thinking)
- Ability to analyse and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
- Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
- Experience with successful Agile techniques

- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- 5+ years of full life cycle experience in R&D of Commercial Products and Technologies
