We are looking for a Production Planner to join a small team and take charge of crafting efficient, on-time production schedules. You'll work closely with Production and Engineering to ensure the products are ready to roll from factory floor to final delivery, minimising any downtime and always keeping customer satisfaction at the top of your mind.

Daily duties:
- Develop production plans that balance capacity and demand
- Collaborate in daily meetings, tackling production issues head-on
- Take ownership of MRP settings and lead time adjustments
- Engage in continuous improvement projects and lean initiatives
- Support new product launches and manage stock transitions
