We’re recruiting for a Senior Engineer role within a global manufacturing environment, working across product design, engineering change management, and continuous improvement. The role involves supporting the full product lifecycle from design updates and customisation through to testing, validation, and release into production, while working closely with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.

This is a hands-on, technically focused position requiring strong CAD capability (2D and 3D) and a practical engineering mindset. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys solving engineering problems, driving product improvements, and taking ownership of technical projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Job Duties:

‍

• Carry out engineering design and drafting updates using 2D and 3D CAD

• Manage engineering change requests and change control processes

• Support product improvements and customisation based on customer and business needs

• Work with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve technical issues

• Produce and update technical drawings, models, and documentation

• Support product testing, validation, and release to production

• Assist with failure analysis and continuous improvement activities

• Ensure designs meet relevant standards and company procedures

• Provide technical support across ongoing engineering projects

What we are looking for:

‍

• Mechanical Engineering qualification (or related discipline)

• Minimum 4 years relevant engineering experience

• Strong experience with 2D and 3D CAD systems

• Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T

• Experience in engineering change management processes

• Knowledge of manufacturing and product development environments

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Experience in continuous improvement or quality-driven environments is beneficial
