CRM Database Administrator

This is a key role within our client’s organisation sitting within the marketing department providing support to clean and update the company’s database. You will work with a range of CRM users resolving any technical issues with the database and organising training for new users to ensure that the database is used within its full capacity across the site. To be suitable for this role you will ideally be Educated to A-Level, preferably holding a Degree level qualification within either Business or Marketing. 

During this role you will play a key role in supporting the use of the database, alongside the technical support you will organise relevant training and be involved in the use of other related tools such as Click Dimensions or other Marketing automation solutions. 

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Cleaning and updating of the companies CRM Database (MS Dynamics 365)
  • Working with users and the internal IT departments to resolve any technical issues and support requests
  • Organising and help to train users by providing documents, training videos and training events
  • Produce analysis on CRM performance
  • Identify issues with the database and suggest solutions on improvements that could be made
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to improve the functionality of the database

Key skills and Experience:

  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Highly organised
  • Able to communicate well with people at all levels
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Numerate and confident with working with numbers
  • IT literate and familiar with MS Office suite – particularly Excel and Word
  • An interest in science, engineering or manufacturing would be useful
  • Degree-level qualification (preferably in business or marketing)
  • Educated to A-level or equivalent standard with plus good work experience
