We are looking for a detail focused Sales Ledger Administrator to join a busy and supportive finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the sales ledger and credit control processes, ensuring invoices are raised accurately, payments are collected efficiently and customer accounts are maintained to a high standard.

• Raising and posting sales invoices and credit notes
• Managing customer accounts and resolving payment queries
• Credit control and aged debt management
• Cash allocation and bank reconciliations
• Supporting month-end processes
• Assisting with payroll journals and reporting
• Working closely with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently
• Previous experience working within a finance team
• Previous sales ledger experience is essential
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
• Excellent communication skills
• AAT Level 2 or above (or equivalent) would be a bonus!
