Calling all Sales Engineers who are looking for a new role, where you would support and develop the European market. You will work alongside established local European agents, providing technical sales support and helping convert opportunities into orders.

This role involves European travel only, as the UK territory is already covered. Travel is sporadic and driven by customer demand, with regular weekly travel throughout the year unlikely. During the training period, travel is expected to be approximately 1 - 2 trips per month. Once established in the role, this typically reduces to around one trip per month or one every other month. On occasion, trips of up to two weeks may be required.

This is an office based role in St Ives, Cambridgeshire when not travelling. Only candidates local to the area will be considered, as daily office attendance is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical sales support to European customers

• Work with local agents on live enquiries and prospects

• Handle inbound enquiries by phone and email

• Prepare quotations and manage the sales process

• Build and maintain customer relationships

• Update CRM and support trade shows when required

What we are looking for:

• 3–5 years’ experience in technical or engineering sales

• Machinery or manufacturing background preferred

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• Able to work independently

• Full UK driving licence essential
