This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive sales office team where accuracy, customer service, and organisation are key. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Job Duties:

• Processing customer orders and payments using internal sales and accounting systems

• Preparing and maintaining accurate sales documentation and customer account records

• Downloading, checking, and processing website orders ready for despatch

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email

• Managing customer complaints effectively, escalating where appropriate

• Reviewing and updating website stock levels to ensure system accuracy

• Creating and opening new customer accounts

• Supporting export orders, including freight terms and documentation

• Liaising with haulage companies regarding deliveries

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in sales administration or customer service

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good IT skills and experience using internal systems

• Experience dealing with challenging customer situations

• A strong team player who works well under pressure
