We are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our industrial division. This is a fast-paced role where you will be working on temporary and permanent vacancies from start to finish across Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk within industrial and manufacturing companies. You will have come from a recruitment background and ideally within industrial or blue collar or with the desire to strengthen your skills and experiences within the industrial sector. Alongside managing end to end recruitment you will be responsible for winning new business and clients to continue the growth of the division. • Client relationship management with new and existing clients
• Managing existing client accounts effectively and growing the account where possible
• Sourcing candidates from multiple platforms
• Qualifying candidates and shortlisting them to present to clients
• Coordinating interviews and inductions
• Completing temporary and permanent placements
• Attending client meetings onsite
• Completing candidate inductions as necessary for clients, either onsite or in the office
• Writing effective job adverts for vacancies
• Proactively map out and win new business through various Business Development methods
• Building a strong pool of candidates
• Updating and managing the CRM daily
• Completing legal and compliance documents with candidates including Right to work checks
• Working to monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
• Working as a team to achieve team target
• Active use of LinkedIn to build personal brand
• Previous recruitment experience ideally within industrial or blue collar or a desire to be in the industrial and manufacturing sector which is fast paced
• Ability to be flexible with your hours – there are some early starts on the temp division, so you will need to be available to work hours to suit the needs of your clients on occasion
• Proactive attitude with high levels of self-motivation
• Confidence to win new business, with a sales attitude
• Hungry to achieve with a naturally driven personality
• Strong and professional written and spoken communication skills
• Ability to build excellent rapport with clients and candidates
• Team orientated naturally wanting to see both yourself but others succeed.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, marketing or hospitality
