Job Duties:

• Developing and implementing the quality management system

• Monitoring production processes

• Ensuring compliance to agreed standards and clients’ specifications

• Continuous improvement

• Developing and implementing quality control processes

• Monitoring production processes

• Performing and hosting quality audits

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

• Investigate and resolve complaints with our suppliers

• Train and lead staff on quality standards, procedures and best practices

• Hosting internal quality meetings

• Maintain accurate quality matters and prepare reports for senior management

What we are looking for:

• Formal quality qualifications (Degree in Quality Management or Engineering or Certified Quality Manager)

• Ability to lead a team, to provide guidance to other departments and to communicate quality standards across the business

• Ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions

• Ability to plan, execute and monitor quality initiatives
