Job Duties:

• Lead quality investigations and implement corrective actions.

• Drive continuous improvement across production and quality processes.

• Manage customer quality requirements and resolve quality issues.

• Prepare customer quality documentation, including PSWs and capability reports.

• Lead internal, customer and certification audits.

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001/AS9100).

• Monitor quality KPIs, product traceability and calibration systems.

• Manage, coach and develop the quality team.

• Work closely with production, suppliers and customers to maintain high-quality standards.

• Promote safe working practices and a strong quality culture.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer role.

• Experience within CNC machining, precision engineering or high-specification manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ideally AS9100 Quality Management Systems.

• Experience managing and improving Quality Management Systems.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Experience with audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement.

• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

• Experience managing, coaching and developing a small team.

• Knowledge of inspection processes and metrology equipment.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
