Busy Bee Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Hertfordshire for a Quality, Environmental & Compliance Coordinator. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company’s management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Working closely with management and the workshop team, you will play a key part in quality assurance, environmental compliance, health & safety support, and operational documentation.

Job Duties:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

• Maintain quality, environmental, and compliance documentation

• Coordinate internal audits and support external audits

• Track corrective actions, non-conformances, and improvements

• Maintain QA records, inspection logs, and job documentation

• Support first article and final inspection processes

• Assist with environmental, health & safety compliance, including risk assessments and inductions

• Maintain training, waste, and environmental records

• Support operational trackers, job packs, and estimating documentation

• Liaise with suppliers and customers on compliance-related documentation

What we are looking for:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Confident working with documentation and compliance systems

• Comfortable engaging with workshop and operational staff

• Proactive, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Quality Assurance, or Health & Safety is desirable but not essential.
