We are recruiting for multiple Quality Control Operatives for our market-leading client based on the outskirts of Cambridge. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment who have a strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. You will play a key role in ensuring products meet strict quality and compliance requirements before leaving the production line.

Job Duties:

• Carry out quality inspections on assembled products in line with documented quality standards and SOPs

• Inspect components and finished goods to identify defects, faults, or deviations

• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation

• Accurately record inspection results and report any non-conformances

• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function

• Assist in other production or quality-related areas when required

What we are looking for:

• Experience working with ISO 9000 and ISO 4001

• Previous experience in a Quality Control or Inspection role within a manufacturing or production environment

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and quality documentation

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

• Electronics or instrumentation experience desirable

• Reliable, proactive, and quality-focused mindset
