You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the purchase ledger, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately, payment runs are completed on time and month-end activities are supported efficiently.

Job Duties:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records
· Process supplier invoices accurately and within agreed timescales
· Resolve invoice and payment queries with suppliers and internal teams
· Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies
· Prepare supplier payment runs in line with company procedures
· Support month-end processes and purchase ledger reconciliations
· Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting activities
What we are looking for:
· Purchase ledger/accounts payable experience is essential
· Excellent attention to detail
· Excel skills; Sage 50 advantageous
· Strong communication
