Busy Bee Recruitment is delighted to be working with a successful and busy production business that is looking for multiple Temporary Production Operatives to join their team for a short-term project focused on advent calendar production. This is a hands-on opportunity suited to reliable individuals who are quick, practical and enjoy working as part of a team. Previous production experience would be beneficial, although it is not essential as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working as part of a production team producing advent calendars.

• Carrying out a variety of hands-on production and assembly tasks

• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets.

• Ensuring products are completed to the required quality standards.

• Handling components and materials safely and carefully.

• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working area.

• Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines.

• Working closely with colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.

• Carrying out repetitive tasks whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Skills & Experience Required:

‍

• Previous production or manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

• A quick and efficient approach to work.

• Good practical skills and dexterity.

• Comfortable carrying out repetitive, hands-on tasks.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to work well as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining quality.
