Job Duties:

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Assembling components using a range of small hand tools

• Carrying out soldering, wiring, cabling, and crimping to a high standard

• Testing products and equipment to ensure quality and functionality

• Operating bespoke machinery and production equipment

• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

• Supporting the wider production team to meet deadlines and targets

What are looking for:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment

• Experience with assembly, soldering, wiring, or similar technical tasks

• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions

• High attention to detail and a quality-focused approach

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills and a flexible, adaptable attitude
