What you will be doing:

• Working to scheduled manufacturing targets

• Processing metal materials through the press brake and drilling machines

• Using a range of precision machinery (training included)

• Completing associated paperwork

• Training staff members alongside the Team Leaders

• Providing ideas and suggestions to management on any process improvements and general day to day performance

• Keeping all working areas clean, tidy and following all health and safety guidelines

• Managing any issues within the team, escalate to Senior management if required

What you’ll need:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production – operating press brake and drilling machines

• Ability to understanding technical drawings

• Problem solver with a strong attention to detail

• A ‘hands-on’ approach

• Great verbal and written communication skills
