We are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater to join one of our valued clients based in Stoke on Trent. This role would suit a skilled individual with a strong background in Powder Coating who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and is confident working with alone and as a team in a manufacturing or workshop environment.

Job Duties:

‍

• Apply finishing processes to products, ensuring consistent colour, coating thickness and coverage

• Prepare, handle, and manage finishing materials

• Conduct visual and functional inspections of finished products

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

• Clean, maintain, and care for application equipment to ensure reliable performance.

• Identify and report equipment faults, process issues, and maintenance requirement

• Work collaboratively with team leaders and colleagues across departments

• Carry out quality control checks and inspections

What we are looking for:

‍

• Proven experience as a Powder Coater

• “Can do” attitude.

• Able to work individually and in a team environment

• Good understanding of Health and Safety
