We are recruiting for Poultry Process Operative to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Redgrave. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous poultry skills or food production experience who are looking to develop their career within a growing business. Duties:

·        Cutting, trimming, and portioning poultry on a moving production line.

·        Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets and quality standards.

·        Using knives and specialist equipment safely and correctly at all times.

·        Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards throughout the production process.

·        Cleaning work stations, tools, PPE, and equipment at the end of each shift.

·        Reporting any hazards, accidents, or quality concerns to your Line Leader or Manager.

·        Following all health and safety procedures within the production environment.

Skills& Experience Required:

·        Previous experience within a similar food production, butchery, or knife-skilled role is desirable.

·        Comfortable working in a physically demanding production environment.

·        Good attention to detail with a focus on quality.

·        Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

·        Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance.

·        Willingness to undertake training and follow company procedures.

·        Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and health & safety.
