Job Duties:

‍

• Carry out soldering of both small and large electronic components to a high standard

• Assemble electronic products and components accurately in line with technical instructions

• Follow production schedules and adhere to product process times

• Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation at all times

• Work collaboratively as part of a small production team

• Support other areas of the manufacturing process when required

• Follow health and safety procedures and company guidelines

What we are looking for:

• Previous soldering experience is essential

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

• Good manual dexterity and practical skills

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team

• Willingness to learn new processes and techniques

• Flexible and adaptable approach to work

• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
