We are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to join a busy and fast-paced environment. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will take ownership of facilities, office operations, compliance, and projects, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

• Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and health & safety compliance
• Act as main point of contact for customer queries
• Manage customer onboarding and departures, including office setup and compliance checks
• Maintain policies and ensure compliance
• Coordinate suppliers and contractors, sourcing quotes and overseeing works
• Identify and resolve facilities issues
• Support and supervise the admin team
• Manage invoicing, including tracking chargeable work and monthly billing
• Handle IT and phone queries through to resolution
• Monitor security systems
• Issue leases/licences and complete due diligence checks
• Maintain utility records and support tenant/property enquiries
• Previous experience in operations, office management, or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and administrative processes
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support a team
