We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team based in March, Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse by receiving, picking, packing, loading, and dispatching goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. This role requires a proactive approach, good time management, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Duties:

‍

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods in accordance with company procedures.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Load and unload deliveries safely and securely.

• Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring orders are correctly labelled and documented.

• Carry out stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised at all times.

What we are looking for:

‍

• Previous Forklift/PPT/Reach Truck experience is desirable but not essential.

• Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
