Working closely with an external marketing agency and internal teams, you'll help raise brand awareness, create engaging marketing content, generate new leads and ensure customer enquiries and sales opportunities are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

‍

• Coordinate marketing campaigns across social media, email and website channels, liaising with an external marketing agency.

• Create marketing content, case studies and sales materials to promote the business and its services.

• Support exhibitions, events and wider brand development activities.

• Track leads, maintain accurate CRM records and assist with marketing and sales reporting.

• Coordinate customer quotations, proposals and tender submissions, working closely with internal teams.

• Support the Business Development team with customer enquiries, quotation follow-ups and sales opportunities.

• Ensure effective communication between customers, commercial teams and operations.

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.

• Proactive, commercially minded and keen to develop within marketing and sales.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with different teams.

• Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Creative, with an interest in developing marketing content and brand awareness.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.

• A marketing, business or communications qualification, or relevant experience.

• Experience with digital marketing, CRM systems or B2B environments would be advantageous.
