Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Operator to join their production team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a positive, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Working as part of a busy manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for producing high-tolerance components that are critical to the quality and performance of the finished product. You will receive training across a variety of manufacturing processes and equipment, enabling you to develop a broad skillset while supporting production targets and quality standards. The successful candidate will take pride in their work, contribute positively to the team, and proactively identify opportunities to improve product quality, efficiency, and overall production output.

• Work collaboratively within a designated production team to achieve daily and weekly manufacturing targets, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are consistently met.
• Receive comprehensive training to set up, operate, and monitor a range of precision manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Update and maintain production records, control systems, and associated documentation to ensure accurate tracking of work in progress.
• Participate in cross-training initiatives to develop a broader understanding of the Tables Business Unit and increase operational flexibility.
• Proactively contribute to continuous improvement activities, supporting problem-solving initiatives and driving quality, productivity, and performance enhancements.
• Carry out routine quality checks to ensure products meet specification and customer requirements.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, engineering, or workshop environment.
• A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relay information clearly and effectively.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities, with an interest in machinery and manufacturing processes.
• Positive, proactive, and reliable attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving team goals.
• Ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, and contribute to effective solutions.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to work and willingness to support different areas of the operation when required.
