Recruiting for our partnered client in the heart of Mildenhall, we are looking for a Manufacturing Operative to join their busy workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to enhance their skillset. Previous Manufacturing experience is desirable for this position and you must be physically fit.

Job Duties:

• Reading from technical drawings to assemble items accurately

• Operating machinery and monitor equipment to ensure accuracy

• Assisting in maintaining good housekeeping standards

• Loading materials into machinery

• Prepare concrete mixes in line with company standards

• Undertake quality checks

• Assist across other sectors when required

What we are looking for:

• Manufacturing/Production experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided

• The ability to read from engineering drawings is desirable but training is provided

• Previous experience operating a Forklift is desirable

• You must have strong communication skills

• Happy to assist in other departments when required

• Compliant with companies’ health and safety policies

• You must be physically fit as heavy lifting is required
